In this episode, Bri, David, and Carolyn take a look at the Later Community, hosted on Khoros. Later is a social media planning tool commonly used by creators and social media managers. Carolyn, a long-time member of the community, shared insights about her experience joining the community and getting connected right away. It’s clear this community is forum-centric and certainly product-led, which gave us a lot of ideas for ways to make the community more cross-functional. While Later certainly is used to talking to an audience on social media, we saw several ways they can move more towards a more community-led approach.
