Meet the Ember Team.
Hi friend 👋🏼 Bri here and a quick word before I introduce you to the fabulous crew who support the work here at Ember.
At the beginning of Ember, I didn’t know what it would become. I knew I was burnt out on leading a team and if I did ever decide to build one again, it wouldn’t be “for more” it would be because our mission and vision had expanded to the point that we can’t do it alone.
We’re 5 years in and I’m so pleased to say not only has Ember’s vision never been bigger and brighter, it’s abundantly clear to me that we will take it farther when we go together. Partnering with a team has required me to become a different kind of person and I love who I’m becoming as a result.
It’s important to say this because I want you to know how intentional the effort has been to find people with the generalist skillset, entrepreneurial zest, and an insatiable curiosity for exploring the depths of this good and messy work. No matter whose hands it touches, whether mine or anyone on this team, you can trust that your community is being held with care, curiosity, and a genuine commitment to see it thrive.
